Having a body that I would call sensitive, I've been so happy with the results I've gotten from using the Deep Blue blend of essential oils from doTERRA. For years I've used a lot of over-the-counter things to try and control my various aches. My stomach has really payed the price. I've tried many different rubs and creams, but found only temporary relief until I started using Deep Blue. I now use Deep Blue for any discomfort I have as a first line defense. I have cut my use of other OTC dramatically. It's one of those things that you just have to try and see if it works for you, but believe me, it works!

According to recent studies, more than half of us are sufferers of ongoing discomfort. Deep Blue® is dōTERRA®'s soothing solution to this challenge. Wintergreen, camphor, peppermint, blue tansy, blue chamomile, helichrysum and osmanthus work together to ease achy joints and sore muscles. Its effects are deep and penetrating with sustained results. Once gently rubbed into the area of discomfort, Deep Blue's cool therapeutic benefit will be felt almost immediately. This blend is for topical use only.

If you're like me, you want to hear more than just glowing testimonials, so I'm passing on this great webinar by doTERRA medical consultant, Dr. David Hill. He really knows his stuff and if you're interested in the science behind why Deep Blue works I'd highly recommend watching this webinar. Dr. Hill spends about 50 minutes explaining each of the individual oils, their properties and chemistry and how they work to dampen the inflammatory responses of our body.

You can purchase Deep Blue in a smaller 5 ml bottle, a larger 10 ml bottle with a roller top, or a lotion rub formula here. The special promotion mentioned at the end of this video is no longer available, but if you have any kind of discomfort or other inflammatory responses in the body I would strongly recommend that you just try it, just try it! That being said, bodies are very individual and not every body responds to every oil the same. For example, my mom has almost constant body aches, but cannot stand the smell of the Deep Blue, so I recommended Lavender to her. She's had great success with Lavender. Some other options might be White Pine, Past Tense blend, or Aroma Touch blend. There is an oil out there that can help you. Try it!
